Ada B. Massecar School is a one-storey school addition in Waterford, ON.  Stubbe’s Precast supplied solid interior precast wall panels and finished exterior insulated precast walls. The new addition provided the small town public school with eight additional classrooms. Stubbe’s Precast applied a painted stucco finish to the exterior walls at its plant.

Using precast insulated walls provided the school board with a superior interior finish, integral insulation, an attractive outside appearance and a quicker build time (8 days) compared to other construction methods.
