Harley, ON – June 17, 2021 – Stubbe’s Property Development is thrilled to announce the second building at 136 Main St West in Norwich, ON, Canada in Oxford County. It is to scheduled start late fall 2021. The second building is available as a light industrial space or warehouse with the option to have an office and/or a showroom incorporated into the space.  Of this space 25,000 sq. ft. is spoken for, but 25,000 sq. ft. remains available. 

At 50,000 sq. ft. this building is slightly larger than the existing building of just over 40,000 sq. ft. built in 2018.  The existing building is home for NNZ Inc. and Norwich Feeds Ltd.

Stubbe’s Precast is a family business that is heavily invested in Rural Oxford and is looking forward to contributing a total of five buildings on the site that will range from 30,000 sq. ft. to 50,000 sq. ft. and are all design-build.

Stubbe’s Precast (“Stubbe’s”) has acquired the assets of Can-Am Precast Products Ltd (“Can-Am”), located in Centralia, ON.  With the purchase of those assets Stubbe’s increases it’s much needed agricultural precast production capacity enabling it to better serve its current and future customers.
