KW Habilitation is a project built together with HIP Developments and Melloul-Blamey. A composite design using steel framing with precast walls for the elevator shaft and stairwell supporting the precast hollow core floors.

The switch to precast shaft walls vs traditional block or poured concrete walls accelerated the construction schedule of the project for Melloul Blamey and minimized the number of trades on site to build the structure.

A quick and uninterrupted assembly on site was enjoyed by both the Client and Stubbe’s Precast.

Stubbe’s Precast supplied precast wall panels and hollowcore floor slabs to this project.
