Located in the historic downtown Hespler Cilliage adjacent to the Speed River, the 10 storey residential building provide luxury living in this sought after neighbourhood. Build with large balconies, each unit maximizes tenants' views of the beautiful area.

The large balconies measure 8 lf. x 9.5 lf. supported by wing walls, columns, and interior structural walls. The connections required to be hidden thus having the wing walls extend to the interior of the building while still poroviding a thermal break along the exterior perimeter. Thewing walls supporting the large balconies came down into the drive aisles and required the loading to be transferred by the precast beams to the adjacent structural walls.
