The MyRez Student Residence is an 18-Storey Building centrally located between The University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier in Waterloo, ON.

MyRez is the first Total Precast Structure specific for student residency in the area.  Stubbe’s Precast worked hand in hand with the Owner, Collaborative Structures, and HGS Architects and Engineers to design the building to accommodate some unique architectural features throughout.

This residence will supply the students with 455 more rooms to rent.

Stubbe’s Precast supplied wall panels, hollowcore, beams and columns, stairs and landings, and speciality solids to this project.
