This is Tower C, Phase 2, of the Phillip Street development near the University of Waterloo. This four building site was started with Tower A in 2013. The 21 storey tower includes 119 units for a total of 476 bedrooms for students.

This building was built at a rate of about one floor per week. Featuring total precast construction from the third floor and up, Stubbe’s provided precast walls, hollowcore floors, columns, stairs and landings for the project.

Currently, Stubbe's is working on the final Tower 'D' to complete the four buildings on this site.
