Located at the corner of Albert St and University Ave, this 13 storey building provides residences for the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University. This 68,000 sq.ft. building provides 96 bedrooms. 
 
Angled walls and balconies give depth to the exterior of the building, and the upper frame and extensive use of glazing give the building a light, modern look.
